I should think you have Hashimoto's disease. Results can swing around like that when your antibodies are high. So, ask your doctor to test your antibodies, next time. :)

Are you having the tests done at the same time of day each time? TSH level alters during the day, it's highest in the early morning, lowers during the day. Also, eating lowers TSH. So unless you have had all tests done at the same time and fasting then you can't compare them. If you have, then as Greygoose says, it could be Hashi's.

To compare results, you need your blood drawn at the same time of day each time. It's best to have your blood draw at the very earliest appointment in the morning.

If you had one test with an early morning blood draw and the next test with a mid-afternoon blood draw, your TSH level would be very different. The early morning level will be higher and the mid-afternoon level will be lower. And if you eat before the blood draw the TSH level will be lower.
