feeling off balance and generally not well
So, what was your B12 level? And what are your thyroid levels? Both can cause wobbles if low.
thanks grey for getting back to me just sat with the specialist on sat both B12 was normal and thyroid level was also classed normal by my doctors... but specialist said NORMAL isn't normal when we are feeling so unwell.... everyone is different and cant be classed in the NORMAL range ......
Have you had ears checked?
thanks for reply Nan... last year had labyrinthitus ....cant spell but I am sure you know what I mean! and lost my balance with that ..got over that ...it was due to a flu virus but haven't had them checked recently maybe I should go to the doctors and have them check them ..........
Thank you
Yes, I would get ears checked out especially if you've had labyrinthitis not so long ago.
B12 generally needs to be top of range for us to feel well. See if you can get a copy of results and lab ranges for vitamins.
From now on always request a print-out of your blood test results, with the ranges. Ranges are important as labs differ and have different machines and ranges make it easier for members to comment on the results.
Ask GP to check B12, Vit d, iron, ferritin and folate. All have to be optimum.
Shaws it feels terrible ...its frightening
requested from doctors my last 4 months of blood test results for thyroid and B12 ferritin etc. so once I pick them up I will publish on the board and see what help I can get... with this horrible wobbly feeling just light being on a boat!!
