Yes,, you need a dose increase to bring your TSH near to 1.0 or even slightly lower as that's where most people feel well. Your itchy skin could be vitamin deficiency. You are deficient in all vitamins what has your doctor done about them?

Has your doctor explained that you have Hashimotos which is an autoimmune thyroid condition? People with Hashimotos generally have low stomach acid and PH imbalance which means they don't absorb vitamins from their food very well. Many people find going gluten free helps and eventually it can help to reduce the activity of antibodies.

There is a lot of excellent information about Hashimotos on Thyroid UK website. Hashimotos is the most common reason for hypothyroidism.
