Hi all,
I’ve received my blood results and found out that I have TPO Ab above the range and TG Ab half way through the range. That means Hashimoto’s, right?
However, I have been hypo 17 years now and I never experienced periods of hyper that are supposed to be happening in Hashi. At least not in the last 10 years, not sure if I can remember before that. My levo dose was quite stable over the years, steadily increasing up to 125 in the first years and then only increased recently during pregnancy to 150. Never any sudden fluctuations. That suggests that my blood results were always quite steady.
What does it mean? Is Hashi just starting? Or is it already past destroying my thyroid and causing hormone increase due to cell death? Thank you for all the comments.
My current blood results:
TGAb 56.9 IU/ml [0-115]
TPOAb 46 IU/ml [0-34]
TSH <0.03 mu/L [0.2-6]
Free T4 19.9 pmol/L [10-20]
Free T3 5.6 pmol/L [3.5-7]
