Morning all,
I am due to have thyroid function tests this week but I'm coming down with a throat infection.
Will the fact that I am Unwell prejudice or alter my thyroid function at all? (I had a total thyroidectomy for graves in 2009)

TSH can be elevated by a virus or infection so FT4 and FT3 may be a little lower.
