Hi can you take meds at night time?

Hi bobbles , I take mine about 3-4 am due to work reasons I just don't have anything with caffeine for about 1/2hr to an hour getting up after meds. I'm only learning after 10 weeks . X

Many members take theirs at bedtime, I take mine in the early hours of the morning when I need a loo trip. As long as you take your Levo on an empty stomach (one hour before or two hours after food) with a glass of water then just take them when it suits you best.

I take mine at bed time as there's no way I'd have time to wait for breakfast in the morning. I'm up, showered, fed and on my way to work in about 30 minutes. I like my bed to much to get up early 😉

I take mine with loads of water too . But I try to be quiet during night , is a no go . What has happened to water bottles . Omg it's like eating crisps in the cinema 😱
