I have Hashis and as I know doctors aren't the most helpful bunch . Have felt really poorly for at least 2 mths . When I first started to Feel poorly again I asked for b test . I'm on Levo and doc said test was within normal range . My bit d level and b12and folates and mag fine . Was puzzled and left feeling crap . 4 was later saw another gp as now difficulty walking severe joint pains but really feels more like ligaments than joints , brain fog, frontal lobe pressure, breathlessness and general malaise .bone profile shows low blood calcium even though I take multivits. Probiotics and all the foods I can eat that. Obtain with calcium in . Don't eat wheat. Grains or dairy . Might be naive but thought calcium was regulated but he parathyroid and s. She told me to increase thyroxine levels as tsh levels were a concern.will this then change calcium level in blood ? I will go tmrw and ask for print out of results . Seem to be so low in energy and it's been since June that o haven't excersised . Feeling so crap . Really trying hard to change all my lifestyle and diet is the best it's ever been x thanks for anyone that can shed a light x

We'll look forward to viewing your blood test results when you get them. Remember to include the laboratory ranges when you post them on the forum then people can give you some good suggestions.

Never accept fine, good, or normal with regard to blood tests.

Always post your results with the ranges. Fine etc. may mean you are within a range(even the bottom) when we need to be towards the top of it.

Do you have the earliest possible appointment, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24hours between last dose of levo and blood test and take levo afterwards?

B12 and Vit D have to be at the optimum. B12 for instance towards 1,000. Vit D also near top as both are prohormones and have essential work to do in our bodies.
