TSH .o1 mIU/L and THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES 127 kIU/L what is going on? I am scheduled for hip replacement in two weeks...will this cancel my surgery?

It rather depends on the anaesthetist's attitude towards suppressed TSH. Do you take thyroid medication?

Thyroid peroxidase antibodies won't cause cancellation of surgery.

Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism.
