What would be best to increase levothyroxine or add some T3? It seems like I never get well on levothyroxine only been taking it for a year now. All vitamins are optimal.

You can ask, but I doubt your GP will increase Levothyroxine dose because TSH is suppressed and FT4 and FT3 are good. Most GPs need a NHS endocrinologist's recommendation to prescribe T3. If you want to add T3 you will probably have to buy online and self medicate.
Not if you keep dose low and keep FT3 within range. It will further suppress TSH will may alarm your GP.
Start with 1/4 of a tablet (6.25mcg) added to 75mcg Levothyroxine and hold for 6-8 weeks then have a thyroid function test including FT3 before increasing further.
