I'm new to this forum and have recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. When I was first tested my TSH was 10.3 (last October). It came down to about 3 but is up to 7 again. Is it normal to feel low in mood? I am struggling to cope with work (brain fog/ anxiety and tiredness) and. Ring a Mum of two active young boys. I've just had my levothyroxine increased to 75mgs but I don't feel any better. Any advice greatly received. Thanks Amy

You may need it raising again. Your doctor should be doing bloods every 6 weeks until you are on the correct dose for you. Get into the habit of getting a copy of your results and if you post then with the ranges we can help you to understand what is happening. The ranges are important as they differ from lab to lab. Without them we would only be guessing.
