Cytomel is the American name, and Cynomel is made in France and Mexico. I haven't tried Cytomel, but I imagine they're the same.

Pfizer Cytomel is branded T3. A lot of sites use the name Cytomel generically for all T3 so make sure you buy Pfizer Cytomel if you want the branded version.

Abdi Ibrahim is the manufacturer of Tiromel T3. It is as safe as any other make of T3.
