B12 is low but is within range. If you have B12 deficiency symptoms outlined in b12deficiency.info/signs-an... go to healthunlocked.com/pasoc for advice.

Folate is mildly over range but that is not a problem and indicates you are probably eating plenty of green leafy vegetables.

Ferritin is optimal halfway through range but 88 is usually fine. You can increase iron/ferritin by eating more iron rich food.
