Yikes! Bad test results, please help

Hi there, you've all been fabulous helping me decipher my test results in the past and offering advice on what to do about them. So here I am again asking for assistance.

A bit of background, I was diagnosed (begrudgingly by my gp) in January this year as hypothyroid. By April I was seeing another gp who was better (at the 3rd practice in 6 months!) But then after my initial appointment he got a biy shirty with me, making me feel like a time waster again. I'm nearly 40 and have been treated like this since a teenager when my symptoms really started fully... disillusioned by levothyroxine (25mcg then 50mcg earlier this year) giving me Awful side effects and really upset at yet another drs practice falling down the drain, I took action into my own hands.

I swapped my levothyroxine for an NDT type of treatment (Metavive I). Immediately my bad symptoms from the levo stopped! I felt some positive effects without the side effects. So I thought I was onto something. I could only take a quarter of a Metavive capsule per day though! I think the T3 in it makes my head race too much. I also get body tension/rigidity if I take "too much".

After 7 weeks of Metavive instead of levo I did a re-test with Blue Horizon and my TSH is now twice as high as it ever was before!!!!

TSH H 14.10 (0.27 - 4.20) mIU/L

T4 Total 72.8 (64.5 - 142.0) nmol/L

Free T4 L 11.40 (12 - 22) pmol/L

Free T3 4.73 (3.1 - 6.8) pmol/L

Immunology

Anti-Thyroidperoxidase abs 28.4 <34 kIU/L

Anti-Thyroglobulin Abs H 376 <115 kU/L

My previous test results on Levo 25mcg in April this year were:

TSH 2.8 (0.4 - 5.5) mu/L

Free T4 16.1 (11.5 - 22.7) pmol/L

(My best ever results on paper but felt awful).

And in January this year before taking anything at all for my thyroid my results were:

TSH 7.0 (0.4 - 5.5) mu/L

Free T4 14.9 (11.5 - 22.7) pmol/L
