Serum cortisol results
Cushing's is high cortisol. But, you don't appear to have high cortisol, so I wouldn't worry about that.
With that result, you're more likely to have adrenal insufficiency - low cortisol - same as most of us! One random test doesn't give you very much information. For a more in-depth look at the adrenals, you need a 24 hour saliva cortisol test, but the NHS doesn't do that. I've no idea what a 'dynamic function' test is.
Explanation of Dynamic Function Testing :
Dynamic function tests (DFT's) involve either stimulating or suppressing a particular hormonal axis and observing the appropriate hormonal response.
In general, if a deficiency is suspected a stimulation test should be used whilst if excess is considered likely, a suppression test is required.

If you do get further testing then you should keep this link handy :

It explains preparation, testing procedure, and interpretation information for every test an endocrine department is likely to do. If or when you get more testing you could read up about that particular test and will then know how to prepare and what to expect.
