Your TSH is very high and free T4 low. You are hypothyroid and I'm not surprised you've been feeling so unwell. Your TSH should be around 1 or less and free T4 and freeT3 towards upper end of ranges. You should ask for the ranges also and put them alongside any results you post. Sounds like your GP doesn't know how to treat thyroid disease after reading your previous posts. You need more thyroxine and also may need more frequent B12 shots.
Thanks for replying, I know it makes you feel like banging your head on the wall, in future I will ask for any results I get done, I have my endo app coming up I'll wait and see if they recommend anything else, last time my b12 was done it was 2000 so that's pretty high I think., my Levo as just been increased to 75mg hope the extra dosage will make some difference
Hopefully the Endo will be able to help you.
At the moment looking at you results you probably feel awful and don't know what will happen and that's quite understandable but once you start medication you will start to feel better but as you get. Loser towards what is the correct dose for you then you will start to fell the different but the last bit of tuning can take more time but hopefully by then you can appreciate the positives. Get used to listening to your body and it would be a good idea to keep a diary about what you are doing each day, may be what you are eating and most importantly how you are feeling. Also jot down your dose and anything else, may. W get weighed more often and if you are being energized right down what you did and how you felt afterwards and did it improve the next day. All good knowledge you can look back on and a very good part of your learning curve but a great resource to get a tag on what seems to suit you and what doesn't. Thecthyroid affects every cell in your body do in the surface we all react differently so you will learn what is working for you and what may be dfeels harder to do than last time. You may find a pattern emerging. For instance you may fancy doing for a long walk and may not manage it as well as you thought and the next few days may feel wiped but then a week later try again and see if it feels better and so on. When meds start to work we often over do it because we think we can but sometimes we do too much and that can set us back so your aim is to do baby steps in line really with your feel good factor. So the aim is to match our out going energy with the level yourcbody wants to do and slowly get back to where you want to be.
I won't pretend it's easy but I'm sure you will soon start to pick up. If you look on the Thyroid Uk site who run this forum there is a lot of helpful things to read plus loads of us here to help.
Thanks for the advice, it's good to know coz I would never of thought of doing a diary, I'll be quite happy when I start feeling the positives coz everything feels the opposite at the min, yeah walking short distances is enough, don't think I could manage far yet, someone said that I could be gluten intolerant too, something else I will have to find out about, still I've got plenty of time to read whilst I'm not at work, yeah I've found this site very good and most helpful and the people really good to answer and give advice, 🙂
