Hi everyone, im looking into whether my symptoms are partly due to testosterone levels as well as hashimotos/becoming hypo.
Im on no meds right now.
serum (testosterone) is 380 ng/dl which for my age of 37, says some places that its fine but other websites say its not for my age.
serum testosterone in nmol/l (13.2 nmol/l) range 8.60 - 29.00
Shbg is actually 31 nmol/l range 10.00 - 57.00
cortisol 347 nmol/l
My thyroid levels show that im hashi, and tsh 5.2, but doc dosnt agree that my fatigue/issues are because of my thyroid, but i can now see that my symptoms also could be low testosterone? Or a bit of both thyroid and that?

Your folate is quite low. You may benefit from a daily good quality vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid. You might reduce B12 supplements a bit too
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
Personally, my results looked similar to yours - high TSH, low testosterone. I also had a lot of typical thyroid symptoms. Once I started on Levo, I had a big lift in everything; also testosterone levels literally doubled. But there is a big deal in finding right dose of thyroid medication with good stable effect.
So I think it's quite possible you have low testosterone due to hypothyroidism
hiya, im never going to get levo the only thing i get is a diagnosis of cfs, and when i challenge that i just get told its not thyroid causing anything
