Best form of Selenium Supplement: Selenomethionine

Hello,

I need to buy a new box of my selenium supplement.

The one I was using was from a brand called "Sentinel" and has other vitamins added to such as A and C and beta carotene, things I don't think I need.

Now, I'm looking for a good brand.

I've listened to an interview about Selenium and thyroid, and they said that selenium should come in the form of:

Selenomethionine or Selenium Methionine.

I'm considering Holland and Barette's supplement but it lists on the ingredient list:

Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), L-Selenomethionine.

So, is L-Selenomethionine the same as Selenomethionine?

And I'm a bit worried about the other ingredients too. I'm not sure if Magnesium Stearate is bad or not?

Any suggestion of good brands? In the interview they suggested a brand called Pure Encapsulations which hypo-allergenic. But I don't have it where I live, and ordering it online is not an option because it is so hot Kuwait, I don't want it to spoil on its way.

I used to shop online in winter, but it's now summer where I live and the temperature will for sure spoil any supplement on the way.
