BLOOD TEST RESULT HELP PLEASE
I can't read your results Hidden They're too feint and too small. You might want to take your picture down, hide your personal details and either provide a more readable picture or type the results in your post. I'll be happy to help if I can see the results
You have a low TSH (0.06), low FT3 (2.9 (3.1-6.80)) and bottom of range FT4 (12(12-22)). Do you have a thyroid? If so it isn't doing anything. And although you are taking large amounts of thyroid hormone it isn't doing much for you. I guess you have an absorption issue. Have you ever been diagnosed coeliac? Or are you taking any other medication which might affect uptake? What about medication for stomach acid/reflux? Have you ever had a Vitamin D test? Your B12 isn't stellar (368?) and your Ferritin is over range.
I hope someone else will comment.
I just saw this post. I agree w/the others. I would start via healimg leaky gut w bone broth ( Basically over cooked chicken soup) of course there can be supplements ( glutamine) but one step at a time w/natural food is a good start! I would definitely be off gluten from bread and dairy as well. 21 to 30 days is a good amount of time for you to start seeing noticeable differences in how you feel. Hugs🌺
