Walked the way, not bad for someone who was heading for a wheel chair! I took it slow, and it took a week, but I did it.

The joys of good iodine levels and digestive enzymes.

Very very well done :) I admit to being jealous, I LOVE walking, used to walk miles every weekend before becoming ill but bottom of the garden is now an achievement.

What a lovely achievement and to do it in such spectacular surroundings is such a boost for the mind and soul. :)

Well done OldC, that's quite a challenge for someone recovering after headed for a wheelchair. :)

Hubby and I enjoy walking and there was a time several years back I thought we would have to give up our walking hobby. We were both struggling to walk our normal amount of miles when our health was going downhill, but thanks to clever members on here and HU, who have helped us both get back to as near normal health (as we will probably get,) we can still carry on with our enjoyable walks, but now we do far less miles and take our time rather than charge along as we did before.

Keep up with the walking OldC.
