Please ask your GP to do a new blood test for your thyroid gland.
50mcg is usually a starting dose and your GP may not be knowledgeable about how best to treat a patient. The usual doses of thyroid hormone replacement used to be around 200 to 400 but nowadays it appears they give us insufficient to keep our TSH in range whilst ignoring other blood tests and patient's symptoms.
Make a new appointment and it has to be at the very earliest possible, fasting but you can drink water. Also allow a gap of approx 24 hours between your last dose and the test and take it afterwards. This keeps the TSH at its highest and may prevent doctor adjusting dose.
Tell GP you have taken advice from the NHS Choices for advice/information on dysfunctions of the thyroid gland and you need :-
TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies (if antibodies haven't been tested before). Also ask for B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate to be checked at the same time. Get a print-out from the surgery with the ranges and post the results on a new post.
The point of taking thyroid hormones is that our gland doesn't produce them and we need them to be optimum which means no clinical symptoms and energetic.
Why are you taking cyanocobalamin? That won't do you any good. In fact, you shouldn't be taking any B12 at all, unless you've been tested.
