Synacthen on hrt 310 raised to 570 saying normal

Does anyone know much about cortisol? I feel ill dr called to say low cortisol 9am (260) did synacthen result in title they called to say it's normal

Internet shows people starting at around 600 and raising to 1100

Well, as far as I know, the response is normal - 30 min response < +200, but that doesn't mean that your adrenals respond unless they are artificially stimulated - could be a problem further up the chain, perhaps pituitary, or something else entirely

Had a scan on weds they said I have 3 and that not too concerned about two of them but one is and the consultant will be in touch within 7 days
