I feel weak even after a long day sleep,I get dizzy,,fatigue,slight headaches,,rings in my ear drum,,tired,,not able to exercise cus it makes me sick,,experiencing frontal baldness and many more..my whole body is not ok..i have done several test which resulted negative so I don't know what to do...my body is not active please I need help
