Vitamin blood test

Morning all

I have a blood test on Tuesday to check my vitamin and mineral levels due to hair loss and generally feeling low. I have recently been taking over the counter Vitamin D, B complex , C and Zinc as recommended on this site. Should I stop these before I go for the blood test to enable a true measure?

Yes, they might skew the results and I think normally people stop a week beforehand but it might be longer.

Others like Clutter and shaws here might be able to advise better than me as not my best area
