Do I need to increase or stop my medication? Help!

Tsh 0.227 range is 0.345-5.6

T4 11.6 range is 8.0-18.0

On 100mg at the moment, weight gain and very emotional!

Do I need to increase my medication?

Yes, you do. Your FT4 isn't even mid-range. So, your FT3 will probably be quite low, and it's the low T3 that causes symptoms like weight-gain and weepiness.

Have your B12,Vit D, folate and ferritin checked as we are often low in those and they help your thyroid a lot and your general well being. But your levels are low so I think you will also benefit for the extra help as well.

You do as far as I can see. But with a low tsh , it will be difficult to get your doctor to see it that way.
