Does my free t4 look high. What's an optimal level for this?? T.i.a

Don't you have the ranges? If the range is the one we usually see on here, then it's not quite at the top, but impossible to say for certain. The TSH, on the other hand, is a bit high for someone on thyroid hormone replacement - especially for that time of the afternoon. So, your FT3 could be low.

Oh, yes! So it is. My bad. So, your FT4 is not too bad. But, the important number is the FT3, and that's not there.

Shame there's no free T3. How do you feel? Your results look OK, but the ones from Sept 2016 might be better - what's more worrying is that your T3 has been dropping. It's total T3, so not so useful, but might still mean that you would be better with some T3 added to your meds. Your Ft4 is 69% of the range - most people feel well at around 75% (between 20 and 21) or more if they don't convert to T3 very well

I'll mention it to the doctor when I go back for more.bloods for my anaemia, could that affect the results. I feel ok apart from the tiredness from being anaemic but I feel ok

Low iron could affect T4 to T3 conversion, but if you feel OK, then it's a good result for you. We are all different.
