Would love to hear what has worked for people. I'm still feeling very hypo on an equivalent dose of Armour to T3/T4 that I used to take. Been taking 1.5 grains for nine days now.

I don't seem to be getting responses so posting again.

Wano, there's not much anyone can say after 9 days. 9 days is nothing. You can't expect to feel anything much.

So, previously, you were taking 57 mcg levo, and 13.5 mcg T3, is that right? That is a very small dose of both T4 and T3. How did you feel on that dose? Better or worse than you feel now?

I was taking 75mcg of T4 and 10 mcg of T3 previously.

How long do I wait for hypo symptoms to improve on Armour?

my endo told me to take 1.5 grains and that this is equivalent to the t4/t3 I was taking

Well, actually, it's a bit of a reduction in dose.

I don't know what to do here. Take more? Wait two weeks for potential improvement?

You should wait at least two weeks from starting that dose before increasing by 1/4 grain.

Not what you're looking for?
