I've been experiencing shakes internally please what causes this and how can you help me out

Welcome to the forum, Samuel1515.

Internal shakes can be caused by a number of conditions including anxiety, thyroid, adrenals and menopause.

If you've had any thyroid or cortisol blood tests please post the results and ranges and members will advise whether you are optimally medicated.

No clutter

All I feel is shakes internally

Hi Samuel1515 I noticed ur post and I as to reply as I also suffer with shakes/tremors mine move around my body.I also get electric shocks as it moves around body.I also have it 24/7 which wakes me at sleep. If feels like I'm lying on a train track with train coming.is yours like that.
