Hi Iam very sorry I went in holiday and forget my levo in home for 2 weeks how to take now from that doze thanks a lot

Resume taking your normal Levothyroxine dose.

but it's not a big doze after 2 weeks maybe start from 25

There's no reason why you shouldn't resume your normal dose after two weeks. If you felt overmedicated on the dose then try a dose 25mcg lower.

sorry but if my thyroid start in pregnancy maybe my glands can working now without meds because I all time fill like overdosed

You will only know that by having the full range of thyroid tests.
