Got Vitamin Results - are they OK ? DOC says all good ...

Hi - I posted Thyroid results last week but didn't have the Vit/ Mineral results ... here they are - a few look low in range to me ? Any help much appreciated :

Cortisol 445 ( 171- 536)

Serum ferritin 117 ( 13 - 150 )

Vit D 56 ( 50-120)

Serum Vit B12 263 ( 197 - 771)

Serum folate 7.3 ( 3.9 - 25 )

VitD is replete 75 - 200 and most people are comfortable around 100 so I would supplement 5,000iu D3 daily for 6-8 weeks and then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days and retest in August. Ferritin looks good.

Cortisol is in range.
