Bit worried since being on levothyroxine it went tsh went to 0.03 and then 0.1 and I have noticed in pictures my right eye is moving inward.

TSH 0.03 was very suppressed but it has risen to 0.1 which is just suppressed. Why are you worried about it?
If you are worried about your eye you should see an optician.
