I'm looking for some advice on T3. So where to purchase it from and dosages. My endo has refused to prescribe due to the new guidelines. Said 6 months ago she would have happily perscribed. I'm still feeling very unwell taking only levithyroxine and want to try an option with T3 in it. I currently take 125mg. Latest results
FT4: 20.9 (11-22)
TT3: 4.73 (3.1-6.8)

I suggest you buy a pillcutter and quarter a 25mcg T3 tablet and take 6.25mcg with 125mcg Levothyroxine to see how you tolerate T3. Try it for a couple of weeks. If necessary, add a second 6.25mcg dose 8-12 hours later. Stick with 12.5mcg for 6-8 weeks and have a thyroid test including FT3 to check that FT3 remains within range.
