Advice On t3

Hi all. My endo is of the BTF variety..... I'm pretty sure any attempt to get t3 or ndt will be met with a no. I find levo toxic beyond 25 mcg (and even at that level I'm not so sure I like it as boil alive at night)..... if I can't persuade him to give me an ndt or t3 trial I'm going to do myself. Can anyone help with how much t3 I'd need to equate to 50 and 75 mcg of Levo. And would anyone recommend mixing with levo or just t3 alone. Thx all.

Levothyroxine on it's own made me unwell but adding T3 seemed to calm the adverse effects as well as improving very low FT3.

You could start by adding 6.25mcg T3 to 25mcg Levothyroxine to see how you tolerate T3.

25mcg T3 is equivalent to 75mcg Levothyroxine.

Sorry one more thing. My ferritin and vit d were low. Endo unconvinced reason why I can't tolerate levo. Should I normalise both those before I try t3. Thx.
