I had my second migraine with aura yesterday, first one back in December.
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in September last year and started on Levothyroxine. Also diagnosed with Pernicious Anaemia in January and had the usual loading doses, and now on monthly injections.
I also take folic acid for low iron levels.
I have never had a migraine until last December, so I am keen to know if there is a link between thyroid meds and low iron/magnesium levels?

Sorry for late reply but only just seen this when looking for more information on the same topic but have looked previously and there isn't a lot. I take Sumatriptan but something that has helped with the severity of Hemiplegic migraine is preventative dose of Topiramate. This hasn't needed to be increased over time but am grateful for anything that makes a difference and find that I can cope with the aura if the dreadful pain isn't so severe. Did see a difference in severity of pain after the menopause too.
Please feel free to get in touch with any questions and will do my best to help. Have also wondered if certain brands of Levo caused my migraine to trigger as this definitely seemed to happen when brands were changed so prossibly different fillers maybe?
