Please can anyone tell me how my results are for my PA and B12 feeling so ill 4 more photos to follow

Hi thank you I am on this site for PA and B12 then after kidney function blood tests was told that because of creatinine and GFR come back abnormal did not understand readings was told to post on thyroid site because in there would get help with that reading I just don't understand any results thank you to anyone who came help please mjm1929

Thank you so much I just feel so bad and ill and it seems like I just can't get things in order my go after kidney function results has told me I need to see her and need my kidneys monitored she says my b12 and PA bloods are normal and someone on here has told me thyroid results are high thank god there is people like yourself and others on here that help people like me and understand that gp don't bother I have told my doctor how ill I feel and am not living a life but only thing she want to talk about is kidney function results I do hope the group on here can help me
