This might seem silly but is it possible for your thyroid levels to vary throughout the month ?
I am now on 150mcg of Levo which seemed fine in Dec / Jan but now I am symptomatic again .... I'm just wondering what to do as the GP isn't that great.
Are many of you under an endocrine specialist?

I hate to say it probably is. Are you Hashi's? I was told not too long ago, c5 years, that the levels don't fluctuate like that. But I always felt like mine did, within an hour not just within a month. Would be ok one minute, floored next. Unfortunately I doubt your Dr's will accept this can happen.
It's just so frustrating. I thought once I'd increased to 150mcg I would feel normal again but I'm starting to feel that I never will feel normal again !
I have the auto antibodies but don't know if that means in hashi's ?
Have you looked at the things that help on the Thyroid Uk site and more importantly the things not to do? It could be something like that causing a variation.
"...endocrine specialists" aren't that great either! Your best defense is to read as much as you can on this topic and educate yourself as much as you can. You only need the doc to write a prescription, you have to experiment to find your optimal dose and to find out what other vitamins and minerals you will need. Ask questions on this site - it's a very good one.
Vitamins I take for optimal conversion of T4 to T3 are D, B-Complex, folate, and an array of minerals via Brazil and Cashew nuts. There are other things, but I find those are all I need.
You are getting T4 from your Levo but you have to make sure that you are converting it to T3, that takes place in your body (hopefully). Get your free T3 measured ASAP so that you can at least eliminate that as a problem - or fix it.
Keep reading and keep asking questions, it's not trivial, but you will get there and fix your problems.
