Blood test results opinions

Hi All you lovely people

Not feeling 100% but under much stress so wondering whether someone could give an opinion on my test results. Currently taking 2 and 3/4 of WP. Feeling tired and docile/foggy and a bit low but as I say, in an unhappy place. No meds taken on morning of blood test. Thank you in advance
