An earlier post on AIP reminded me of this card, sent by a sympathetic friend. (I couldn't add a photo to a reply, so doing a separate post.) Shame about the champagne, though. That's been eliminated, too. :(

I realise the picture is a joke, but just wanted to say...

Anyone on a fat-free diet is going to make themselves very, very ill. The body needs fat to function and so does the brain. Fat-soluble vitamins need fat in the diet to be absorbed.

The brain is made of about 60% fat according to this link :

Wish I could like this twice! You'd think people would know, by now, but we still have people talking about low-fat/no-fat diets.

wellness1 , I love the card! That would be my sort of diet, too. But with strawberries. :D

Quite right, @humanbean. But the one thing I refuse to eliminate from my 'daily diet' is humour!

Long ago I posted about our pee needing to be the colour of champagne by 3pm - to ensure our kidneys were not having to work too hard ! One fab person replied - * why don't we just drink champagne then * .... :-)
