You don't provide much info. Where are you always that high? Do you have uther diseases heart diseases? Do you take other medications? It seems high so maybe you can try to reduce your dose and see if that changes but if you do that you may also increase the presence of other symptoms.
Who told you to take two grains and do you have symptoms of hypothyroidism At this dose? Are you optimized?
Thank you i am considering dropping by 1/4 grain i feel ok in myself and within ranges i dont know if it has always been on the high side my bllod prezzure is good wikl just keep an eye on it
If your heart rate has been higher since taking 2 grains NDT you may be over medicated. I suggest you have a thyroid function test including FT3 to check. thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...
If you feel uncomfortable and resting rate is not usually 98pbp, I'd reduce dose slightly. When I am not on the correct hormone replacement or it is a bit high my heart is very sensitive and I'm guided by that.
Pulse and temp are quite good indicators of too much, or too little dose.
Keep on new dose for at least one week or two as adjusting up/down too quickly isn't a good idea in trying to find a 'window' when you feel good on a certain dose.
