Not noticed that myself but have you actually taken your temperature? Sometimes we feel hot. It our temperature is normal.
Also taking something new can take a few days to get used to it so may be give it a few days to settle down but remember that there is a huge difference between feeling over heated and a fever to check with a thermometer.
I get a skin rash that feels quite hot, like my face is burning.
I have read about. It happened to me after taking it at full dose for a few days. Kept flushing. Halved the dose not so bad. One article said that when this happens you don't need to supplement.
If the dose of B12 is quite high it can deplete the body of potassium. Look up lists of potassium-rich foods and eat a few helpings daily.
I actually bought potassium supplements and took them for a few weeks after starting high-dose B12. Over time my body adapted to the dose of B12 and I gradually reduced and then stopped the supplements. I think I would have been better off to have just incorporated suitable food into my diet to be honest. Taking potassium supplements wasn't one of my smartest ideas.
