Not noticed that myself but have you actually taken your temperature? Sometimes we feel hot. It our temperature is normal.

Also taking something new can take a few days to get used to it so may be give it a few days to settle down but remember that there is a huge difference between feeling over heated and a fever to check with a thermometer.

Hi thanks for your reply, I'm fine now it lasted about 1 hour and then went back to normal, so all good and fingers crossed it will make me feel so much better 😊

I get a skin rash that feels quite hot, like my face is burning.

I have read about. It happened to me after taking it at full dose for a few days. Kept flushing. Halved the dose not so bad. One article said that when this happens you don't need to supplement.

Yes I was thinking that, but funny I haven't woken up with the usual aches and pains,I think I might just try half a doze today, thanks for that reply 😊

If the dose of B12 is quite high it can deplete the body of potassium. Look up lists of potassium-rich foods and eat a few helpings daily.

I actually bought potassium supplements and took them for a few weeks after starting high-dose B12. Over time my body adapted to the dose of B12 and I gradually reduced and then stopped the supplements. I think I would have been better off to have just incorporated suitable food into my diet to be honest. Taking potassium supplements wasn't one of my smartest ideas.
