TSH 0.35 and 5.20 are both normal in the range 0.30 - 5.50 but the person with the lower TSH will usually feel well whereas the person with the higher TSH will feel lousy. If your TSH is high it is likely that a dose increase to reduce it to 1.0 or lower will be satisfactory and you may not need T3.

Thank you. I will tomorrow when I find out. Unfortunately GP are not willing to even tell me the exact results and even if TSH is 4,9 it is still normal for them and they won't increase levo.
The Data Protection Act entitles patients to their results and ranges. Normal is an opinion, insist on the results and ranges. If necessary make a written subject access request and report the practice to the Information Commissioner's Office if they don't comply within 40 days.
