Lindybarr,

If that is a UK result I suggest you buy 5,000iu D3 and take 10,000iu for 6 weeks and then reduce to 5,000iu and retest in July. Take VitD 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.

lindybarr When taking D3 there are important co-factors, see vitamindcouncil.org/about-v...

D3 aids absorption of calcium from food and K2-MK7 directs it to bones and teeth and away from arteries and soft tissues. D3 and K2 are fat soluble so should be taken with the fattiest meal of the day, D3 four hours away from thyroid meds.

Magnesium comes in different forms, check here to see which would suit you best and as it's calming it's best taken in the evening, four hours away from thyroid meds naturalnews.com/046401_magn...

30 is way too little for someone with AI. The clinical recommended level should be between 100-150. You can by bioviable good quality Vit D online. Do recommend!
