Failure on home blood sample copecting

Hi, just tried to take my sample at home for my blue horizon and failed miserably. Anybody else the same?

Any suggestions to help me?

Get heart pumping first, jog on the spot etc. Hot hands, push ... hmmm name gone from brain.... stabby thing (technical tern) against side of left ring finger near tip, hold it against finger for count of ten,. Gently massage finger, not squeeze, if its still reluctant. If that doesn't work I've got nothing sorry. Did you drink lots of water yesterday, and this morning?

Thank you, tried all those but still failed. I have ordered the venous collection and will get doctors to do x

I had same problem the second time so went to BMI hospital with kit for nurse.

I have a nurse friend who has kindly volunteered to take my sample 😆💉😱
