Last year .68

Still waiting on an appointment with endocrinology but couldn't even do my referral on line! Having to wait for one through the post!

Hoping I will be able to get them to do a more detailed blood test so I can find out what's happening and what can be done!

TSH 0.68 and 1.1 rule out primary hypothyroidism but without FT4 it is not possible to rule out secondary or tertiary hypothyroidism. You can order a private thyroid test to include TSH, FT4, FT3 and antibodies via thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

I'm currently on 100mcg thyroxine and have been for 5 years but symptoms and especially weight gain still plague me. 😞

Ignore my previous reply. I assumed you were undiagnosed and not taking Levothyroxine.

TSH result alone isn't very helpful. You need to see FT4 and FT3 results too see whether you are optimally medicated.

Yes, I'm hoping for that when I get my endo appointment although I am seriously contemplating having the test done myself as this waiting game is doing my head in!
