Avocado seeds can be eaten and are very nutrient dense. What they taste like I don't know but am going to try it.

they are very bitter like apricot seeds. Negatives: some say should not be eaten Due to a fungicidal toxin called persin. Positives: they contain polyphenols, which are powerful antioxidants similar to ones found in red wine, green tea (best dried and put into your morning cold pressed juice)

Imho If they are as good as the b17 and Laetrile found in bitter apricots kernels then your on a winner! Be careful what you read though as there are many myths even prohibited sales due to FDA etc saying there dangerous due to cyanide poisoning. Truth is many plants/seeds have cyanogenics but these are so low to do any damage. I take 25 (5x5 per day) and have done for 4 years to keep cancer returning but like most things take it slowly at first. Good luck.
