Please please help

Hi.

I have been on thyroxine for 10 years with yearly checks and no change in my medication

I did a trial and had to stop after two week as the nightmares where horrendously real so it wasn't for me

I am constantly tired foggy brain and feel like I am 100 years old some days

I am also on antidepressants and hitting that lovely stage that all woman go through - the menopause 🙈🙈🙈🙈

Why do I struggle to stay awake can any one give me any advice I am willing to try anything

If you post your latest thyroid test results then members can comment. If you've had vitamins and minerals tested too (Vit D, B12, Folate, Ferritin) then post those also. Include all reference ranges for them to be interpreted accurately.
