I can recommend this one Biocare Vitasorb® B12 (Liquid Vitamin B12).

It's improved my B12 levels despite taking Metformin.

B12 spray by better you. It's Methylcobalamin b12 which is the best form to absorb. The cheapest place I ve found is Dolphin fitness. They have free postage a bottle costs around £8 from memory, with discounts if you buy more.
