Normally when I get my levo upped I start to feel better and carry on feeling better for about 5 weeks....then I dip again for the last 2/3 weeks until I see my Endo again.
This has been the pattern for the last 4/5x my dose has been upped.
Not this time tho unfortunately. I still feel rubbish....no difference. I see Endo in two and a half weeks.
Can anyone shed any light why this is the case? Any ideas? I am Gluten Free and have been for over two months but I don't think that's making any difference to me.
I'm on 150 Levothyroxine going up to 175 at my next meeting.
I take B12, B complex, iron, Vit C, Selenium, zinc.
Thanx for any responses as always.

Hi - there are several reasons why you might not be feeling better. I am struggling to see a complete picture of your thyroid and nutrient levels and it is very difficult to advise without these. If you have them, could you post your latest set, including ranges, for all of these. It could be, for instance, that you don't have enough of some nutrients to convert or utilise your higher dose. It could be that you are having a Hashis flare, or it could be that you are also intolerant of something else - I have to be dairy free as well, some also need to remove soy.
