TSH level 23.57

My was 5 weeks pregnant and last week we tested the thyroid and the result was,

TSH - 23.57

T3 - 149.10

T4 - 5.63

Please tell me how to decrease the TSH level?

DeepakGanesan Has your doctor put you on thyroid replacement hormone, Levothyroxine? It is essential that you are treated, I believe that when pregnant TSH needs to be below 2. You need to discuss this with your doctor.

Yes you need to get onto thyroid meds and the sooner the better really. Do you have the ranges of those results also? T3 looks high but can't be certain without the ranges. Would ask to get your antibodies checked also.

Doesn't matter anyway, because those are Totals, not Frees. Don't give any useful information at all.

Yeah that's very true. It's impossible to gage what's going on.
