Just had results of ..B12 641

Serum Folate 8.4

Serum Ferritin 60

Not sure if they are ok , any advice please

Do you have the lab ref ranges for folate and ferritin?

B12 641 is good. Very unlikely to have deficiency when B12 is >500.

Serum folate 2.1 -14

Serum ferritin 10-65

I still take B12 supplement do you think I need to carry on?

Tanya-B,

Folate and ferritin are fine. You could reduce your B12 supplement dose to maintain your level 641.

That's brilliant I will reduce my b12 . Feeling good in the T3 but it's early days.
