Can someone help me understand these.

It's hormone and thyroid tests.

I have an underachieve thyroid and pcos.

What does it all mean?

TSH is suppressed, FT4 mid range and FT3 over half way through range which indicates you are probably adequately dosed on 3 grains. Most people on NDT feel well with FT3 >3.5 so if you are symptomatic you could increase dose to 3.5 grains.

TPOab result is negative for autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's).

I'm unable to comment on your sex hormones and cortisol results.
